The Firm

The Wilkinson Firm

HR stands for Human Relationships.

The Wilkinson Firm is a workforce strategy company that operates in two distinct verticals, HR Consulting for health and human services practices and Hospitality Staffing, with a Government Contracting division that takes those strengths to federal, state and local government.

Our belief

I built The Wilkinson Firm on a simple belief: people deserve to be developed, not discarded.

Our mission

We partner with health and human service organizations to solve hiring, HR, and retention challenges through relationship-driven strategies. We help service providers build high-performing teams that are clinically compliant, culturally grounded, and designed for scalable growth. We bring clarity to operational chaos and elevate every aspect of the employee experience.

Employment attorneys and licensed clinicians review our HR work.

Our core values

Seven values. One firm.

How every operator at The Wilkinson Firm shows up. Not aspirational. Operational.

Value 01

Excellence

Raise the Bar

We deliver “clinical grade” quality in every search, policy, and partnership. We don’t do average. We elevate standards - every time.

How we keep it: Excellence

  • HRWe diagnose before we prescribe: The Workforce WorkUp™ diagnostic scores eight workforce dimensions before anything is built.
  • On the floorA written operating system, with a brief before every event and a debrief after it.
  • Our peopleEvery standard is acknowledged in the onboarding journey before the first shift.

Value 02

Client Partnership

With, Not For

We co-create solutions that work. We embed within our clients’ missions and build with them, not around them.

How we keep it: Client Partnership

  • HR90 days of post-delivery support on every TWF Signature Program™. PlacementCare™ placements backed for 18 months.
  • On the floorIf our work falls short, the client chooses the remedy at no additional cost.

Value 03

Integrity

Do the Right Thing - Always

We lead with transparency, honesty, and ethics - even when it’s hard. Trust isn’t optional. It’s earned every day.

How we keep it: Integrity

  • HRThe HR systems we build create the same paper trail for every employee, every time.
  • Our peopleTeam members review their lead confidentially. The lead never sees who said it.

Value 04

Collaboration

Win Together

We solve complex workforce challenges as a team. Internally and externally, diverse voices power better outcomes.

How we keep it: Collaboration

  • On the floorEvery team arrives with its leader by default, and one voice speaks for the team to the client.
  • Our peopleLeaders are judged on whether the people they build can carry the standard without them.

Value 05

Empathy

See the Human

People are at the center of everything we do - candidates, clients, caregivers, and team members. We treat each one with dignity.

How we keep it: Empathy

  • On the floorCoachable issues get coaching before any corrective action; boundary violations do not. We correct in private and recognize in public.
  • Our peopleWe hire on attitude, effort and potential, and pay for orientation before the first shift.

Value 06

Accountability

Own the Outcome

Every promise has a name beside it. Every result has a champion. No blame-shifting, just clear ownership and visible follow-through.

How we keep it: Accountability

  • HREvery obligation we build gets a named owner, a deadline and a documented close-out.
  • Our peopleEvery lane has a named owner. If it is unclear, escalate; don't improvise.

Value 07

Growth Mindset

Build the Future

We embrace evolution. We learn fast, adapt quicker, and push ourselves to be 1% better every day.

How we keep it: Growth Mindset

  • HRLeadership Launchpad™ teaches clinicians who now manage people how to lead.
  • On the floorWe train our captains through Captain School.
  • Our peopleAdvancement is written down, earned and not guaranteed.

What we are built to do

Four competencies, proven in two live divisions.

We started as an HR consultancy. When hospitality clients asked for help, we did not just send bodies. We built a system.

Build people

Turning new, overlooked or newly promoted people into reliable performers and leaders.

Leadership Launchpad™Captain School

Build the system

Diagnosing a workforce first, then writing the system that makes people reliable.

SCAN. BUILD. STAY.TWF Gold Standard™

Run the operation

Recruiting, placing and deploying people with one accountable leader.

PlacementCare™Captain-led W-2 teams

Keep people

Finding why people leave, building what makes them stay.

Retention Reset™Ready in Reserve

Government Contracting formed in August 2026 and claims none of these yet.

Leadership

The people behind the promises.
